Return Policy – AL HANI FURNITURE

1. Beds & Mattresses Return Conditions

  • Beds and mattresses can only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging and in unused condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, any bed or mattress that has been opened or slept on cannot be returned.

  • If you are unsure about keeping the product, please leave it sealed and inform our delivery team that you wish to keep it packaged until you have tested it.

  • A mattress can be tested for comfort while it is still inside the packaging. Once the packaging is removed, the item will be considered used and non-returnable.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform AL HANI FURNITURE if you wish to return the product.

2. Return Fees

  • A recollection fee of up to €90 will apply for returned products, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • The product will be inspected to confirm it remains sealed and in its original condition.

  • Service charges such as assembly, removal, or delivery are non-refundable once completed.

3. Delivery Responsibility

  • AL HANI FURNITURE will not be liable for any damage to your property or belongings if our staff have exercised due care during delivery.

  • Customers must ensure that entryways and the designated space for the product are free from obstacles and that there is enough space for manoeuvring and assembly if required.

4. Faulty Products

  • If an item is found to be faulty at the time of delivery, it should be returned immediately with the driver and reported to us while the driver is still present.

  • All given sizes are approximate, and mattress sizes refer to the sleeping surface only.

  • Mattress measurements may slightly differ due to manufacturing tolerances.

  • Comfort ratings are for guidance only and are provided by the manufacturer.

5. Warranty

  • We guarantee that for 12 months from the delivery date, our products will:
    (a) Be of satisfactory quality.
    (b) Be fit for their intended purpose.
    (c) Be free from material defects in design, materials, and workmanship.
    (d) Comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements in Northern Ireland.

  • All warranties are provided by the manufacturers. In some cases, replacement parts may need to be shipped from the manufacturer’s premises.

  • Unless otherwise stated, warranties cover normal domestic use only and do not include wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, commercial use, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorised alterations.

6. Warranty Claims Procedure

  • When reporting an issue under warranty, please provide a clear description of the problem along with photographic evidence.

  • We may arrange for an inspection to verify the fault. If the inspection finds no breach of warranty, we will decline further action but provide a detailed explanation and inspection report.

7. Refunds

  • Once a returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a set time frame.
