Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items not due to our fault
Custom or made-to-order products
Mattresses that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
For large items, return shipping costs are calculated based on distance. A fee of โฌ2 per kilometer will be charged depending on the distance between the delivery location and our warehouse.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of large furniture items, certain products may be subject to specific return conditions.
